Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of allincludedit.net (the “Site”), operated by All Included IT (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site describes our managed IT services and pricing. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a binding quote, or a contract for services. Managed IT services are provided only under a separate written service agreement between All Included IT and the client.

Where a conflict exists between the Site and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.

Published rates — currently $99 per employee per month and $249 per office per month — describe our standard plans for businesses located in Utah County and Salt Lake County, Utah. Those rates cover the items listed under each plan and are a recurring base, not a cap on all charges. Work outside the scope of a plan — for example large projects, office build-outs, moves, cabling, specialty hardware, after-hours work, or third-party software licensing — is quoted in advance or billed at our hourly rate in addition to the monthly price. Rates, plan contents, and service areas may change at any time.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its administration area, or any related systems or accounts;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or circumvent any authentication or security measure;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by automated scraping that degrades service; or
• submit false information or impersonate another person.

The area of the Site reached through the “Administration” link is restricted to authorized personnel. Access requires verification of a registered phone number. Accounts are personal to the individual they are issued to and may not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining control of the phone number and device used to authenticate, and for notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

The Site, including its text, layout, graphics, and logos, is owned by All Included IT and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not otherwise copy, republish, or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.

The Site may reference or link to third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Included IT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability arising out of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not govern liability under a signed service agreement, which has its own terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Included IT and its personnel from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Utah County or Salt Lake County, Utah.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
